Nope. Simply because the style of play he does is just asking for an injury, and history tells us that the pocket passers are better. Look at the great QB's of all time. Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Johny Elway, Steve Young, Terry Bradshaw, Troy Aikman, Peyton Manning. Those guys werent trying to run up the field every second play. Those guys were standing back in the pocket and delivering the throws. Vince is gonna try to scramble one day, is gonna get nailed and start having injury problems. I see Young as ending up like McNabb, good quarterback, probably get to the Super Bowl one or two times, make some Pro Bowls, but definitley not Hall of Fame and definitley not the best QB of the era.

Are you being serious? This question couldn't have been typed any worse... Vince Young a starter? Did you happen to watch him when he was a starter? He had a few good weeks then BOMBED. Now he warms the bench for a very good reason. And did you forget that the Titans had a GREAT year last season? Do you remember who was taking the snaps? Kerry Collins. How about the year before, how was their year and who was sharing snaps? VINCE YOUNG. Fact: Some quarterback are GREAT in college, but they'll be nothing more then a pretty good back-up in the NFL.

Hard to tell right no but probaly not. You said he threw over 60%. actually he threw 51.5% and 13 ints. Not great numbers. He is not the second fastest running back. I think he plays Qb actually. He has good size but his arm strength is not as good as Mcnabbs. Don't know where you heard that. Right now he has many areas were he can imporve. If he does he could be a great Qb if not he will be worse than Vick.

He'll never have a reciever as skilled as the guys you mentioned!! For the same reason Atlanta won't. They want the ball and not to be blocking for a half as quarterback all season. Youngs way will work for a little while but remember this answer when he's shut down just like Vick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need someone with brains. Like Marshall Faulk said on whether he agreed with rookie of the year selection "No.... if you look at the highlight replays they are all of him running!!!!" Jones-Drew should have gotten it!! I'm not even a jags fan!!!

I think hes going to be really good but most that are remembered as the best of their time are drop back passers like a Philip rivers or a rookie like jaMarcus Russel and dont forget about thew other rookie QBs who havnt gotten many opportunities like matt lienart or jay cutler

Vince Young is a bigger version of Michael Vick (that's not good). Wildly inaccurate passer, leaves the pocket too early. Defenses will learn to limit his running, and the bloom will go off of his rose. He is one-dimensional.
"The best QB of his era?" He'll have to improve significantly to attain Randall Cunningham stature.

Give me a break! The guys played one year and your heralding his success? It takes more than one season to establish yourself in the NFL. Defenses will start to key on certain things he does and more often than not, a great rookie season turns into a sophomore flop. I'm not saying that will happen to Young, you just have to wait and see. One season does not make a career. Only time will tell.....

He'll be very good, but not the best of his era. That belongs to Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, who will still be QB's when Vince is at the height of his career.

I doubt it. Defenses in the NFL will adjust, just like they did with Vick. As for your stat's and analysis, sorrry, just a bit off. He can be a good QB for years to come, but not to much more than that.

Athletic QBs have yet to prove to be the best QBs. If he learns that his is a QB first, then yes
