Fentanyl. It's what they give you if even oxycontin doesn't work anymore. Fentanyl is about 80 times stronger than oxycontin, which is itself about as strong as morphine.
Regardless, be careful with this stuff. It's very easy to overdose on opiates and then you die because you forget to breathe. Take it only as directed by a doctor.

They are different drugs. Some people have better results from one or the other. Usually oxycontin is taken in pill form but if you are unable to swallow fentanyl can be administered with a continuous release patch on an area of skin that has little fat, such as upper shoulder or chest.

They are both pretty strong and both very addictive. I use to be addicted to both and I would have to say fentanyl. Fentanyl is morphine.
