My Monitor will Blink every so often,and freeze my computer. So I'm not sure if its the Graphic Card or the Monitor.

its the graphics card try a different one to see if it still happens if not its the card

if graphic card has a problem u will not be satisfied with image, and don't keep any speaker next or close to monitor, speaker will damage the monitor very fast (magnetic ) some time u loss some color in the corner of the monitor, computer is freezing due to low memory (RAM & Virtual memory)
