I know lots of men, in their 50’s that had vasectomies. None of them have dementia any more than those without. Dementia is more hereditary than anything else.

Keep in mind that groups are always trying everything to scare men away from vasectomies. If you research this, you will likely find that some such group is behind the study.

The fact is, that a vasectomy changes nothing. Men without vasectomies re-absorb un-ejaculated sperm in the same way as those with vasectomies.

The only possible hearth risk is when the surgeon does a sloppy job, and spills sperm into the blood veins (rare these days). When that happens, the mans’ body will produce sperm-antibodies. This can cause immune system problems down the road.

As for me, yes I have mild dementia. My mother had it, and her mother did. It just runs in the family. It has nothing to do with my vasectomy.

No. I already would never want him to have one. Thats just unnecessary surgery.
