I have been trying to get pregnant for a year. I think I may be, I know I need to go take a test, but it almost feels too good to be true. I usually have very heavy periods, and for 3 days I have only spotted, I used a pad today to see if there was any accumulation and there was a small amount this morning about the size of a nickel, and now its just back to when I wipe, and its very light and pink? I know its graphic, but I needed to get the point across ..sorry.

all of the time it has been pink except this morning when I got up, it was red, however, my mom said that was probably because I had been laying down all night and it all pooled up, but as soon as that was over, that was it, theres no cramping at all just sick at my stomache, I've been to the bathroom like 4 times today

Yes it is normal and probably implantation bleeding. As long as you arent having really bad cramps and the blood isnt heavy and bright red your fine. Congrats and Good Luck.

Sounds like it may be implantation bleeding..you can have spotting for a few days which is either light pink or brownish in color....Good Luck to you!
