What are some of the funniest substitute swear words you have heard?

~ it cracks me up when I hear people (especially adults) say "oh snap"....whatever that means;
~ Frig - is a substitute for f-ck;
~ a friend of mine says "Shrek" in place of saying sh-it. I've heard other people say "sugar".
