I keep having this dream where I fall off a really high cliff and fly through the air like I'm skydiving. I always land unhurt and safe in this field type thing. My sister is there when I land and she is always with her friend Kara and Kara's family. I always ask to use her cell phone to call my mom and then my mom answers and says Hello and I say Hello.....and then I wake up. Does this mean anything? I have had this dream 4 or 5 times.

As a rule dreams mean nothing!
(I just put thousands of people out of work maybe?)
However a repeated dream like this suggests to me that the first time you had the dream it made such and impression on your mind that it keeps coming back like that tune that you've grown to hate continually playing in the background of your mind (has that ever happened to you?).
Consciously get rid of it. Perhaps deconstruct it. have your boyfriend there when you land etc
It might work.

It means that you are attracted to Kara, hence falling for her,...Kara's family is supportive of her and your sister is supportive of you....unfortunately you are not sure about your mother...you are trying to "intouch" with how she would handle your feelings toward Kara.
Admit you like Kara and this should really make things interesting.
