I haven't had my period since the beginning of October. Which is four months. I know I'm not pregnant because have taken two tests and one at the gynecologists. Usually my periods are a month and a half apart. I've never had this big of a gap in between periods ever. I'm 16 and have been getting my period for like 4 years. What could have caused this?

If you were at the gyno you should have asked them! I had the same problem (it was likely because I had lost weight) any diet or lifestyle changes will affect it.. weight loss or more exercise will lessen it or stop it for awhile.

When I was at the gyno for that when I was a teenager, they checked adn did an ultrasound and anything, blood tests for various things, nothing was wrong with me

i think about 5 people aske this everyday. its not uncommon for a teen. you're periods are still very irregular. i was skipping periods for months even up until my early twenties. then i got on birth control and its been regular (im 24 now). it doesnt mean anything is wrong always, but u should always get checked by a gynecologist anywys, if u havent already.

Stress? A change in your diet or activity level?
You went to the gynecologist, did you talk to them about it? It is probably just stress or something, but it always could be something more serious so I'd suggest talking to a professional.
