i'm study about it, and i dont understand the poem, can anyone tell what the poem about , thnx so much, and i can't found any metaphor or similies in there, is there anyone.... ?

"to ask us who we think we are" is metaphor; a tempest doesn't actually speak. So is "to seize the earth by the pole;" nobody can do that. The poles of the earth are not something you could seize.
Frost is saying that nothing can keep us from reaching out "final goal."
It is not true that nothing can keep you from getting to the next town, though we Americans are known for thinking we can do anything, and often doing what seemed impossible...
I think he is referring to the "final goal" of death, and what lies after death... He did say that we "have it hidden in us" to attain this goal (another metaphor, by the way..) We don't have anything in us that guarantees that we reach the next town.
I didn't see any similes.
