That's easy. If the dress is too summery, don't wear it at all. If it's alright, you can wear jeans underneath with the boots! That'll look good. But again, it depends if the material of the dress suits the boots and jeans. Play around and try it out with other stuff. If it doesn't work with that dress, try another dress or use tights instead of jeans. By the way, those boots are really nice, so I'd totally wear them! You should match your clothes with something that you really want to wear, though. For example, if you're sure that you want to wear the dress more than you want to wear the boots, put on the dress and play around with your other clothes to see which outfit would look best. Leggings also might look good with the dress and with flats. Good Luck !!

ah you'll prefer to have through no skill requested him what you've been doing... and then in trouble-free words see if he mentions it. Now that you requested and he joked round you arn't certain if he's in trouble-free words taking section in or no longer.. i imagine of i'd be extremely pissed too and he would prefer to pay for dinner... b/c that is valentine's day in spite of each and every little element - a guy gained't win a womans heart until eventually eventually he will pay! i say in trouble-free words see if he's taking you out on the dinner cruise and allow him pay if he replaced into in trouble-free words "joking" in any case... choose subject matters get more beneficial useful for you and do not settle for below you deserve lady!

that would be horribly tacky.
they're too sporty to wear with a dress on a special occasion... you could try wearing jeans rolled/cuffed up so they're above the boots and a white sweater with a heart necklace or something. a long, thin red scarf would be cute as well

I don't think so. Those shoes look nice but err boots just were never made to match dresses. I say go for high heels or flats.

These shoes look kinda sporty to me- I think you would be better off wearing some regulat boots with the dress.
