Every person is different but I blieve the answer is Yes, you can sure DEVELOPE feeling for someone that you are not so attracted to at the beginning. The beauty within really does effect your judgment towards someone after knowing them better.

Sometimes, sometimes not. Depends on whether or not your willing to overlook the physical attraction and look into thier "inner beauty". I think if the person has a great personality, anythings possible!

You definitely may have feeling for some one who has no feeling for you, but don't expect the other person to reciprocate.
Why waste your time on someone you know has no feelings for you?
U can't make this person have feelings for you, move on, find someone who cares about you and let this other person go.
