I ordered something from this web site and it has been 3
weeks . I also paid for two day shipping. I have sent many emails and even tried the phone number they provided . *No longer in service *. The money has already been taken from my account . What do i need to do or have i just been scammed .

If you used a credit card or a Visa or Master Card debit card, you can dispute the charges through the bank that issues the card. They will credit your account while they investigate and take the money back from the account where it went if they find you are right.

Start with contacting your bank to see if the account you used provides protection for this mess.

sorry but i think you might have been scammed what is the name of the site? people like that are usually frauds but they get away with it a lot
sorry all i can say is unless you can prove it you can't stop them. things like this pop up in small claims court a lot but it is a hard case to judge sorry again

Call your bank or creditor and dispute the purchase. They will probably get your money back.

sounds like a sam, I suggest ebay next time. try contcting local coppers, maybe they can help...
