I personally don't care for it. I really don't need someone making up a day and telling me that I have to do something special for my man, I do that everyday

I guess I'm anti valentine because I'm 38 and have never been treated special by any man on that day. Except of course when I was in high school. My husband ignors that day, my ex boyfriend thought it too commercialized, so really the day means nothing to me. I hold out hope that some day I will be treated properly and given a box of chocolates, or some see thru nighty.

Its such a made up holiday i hate it. If theres aa couples day why dont we have a singles day? why do we have to be stuck watching all the happy couples frolicking around? Im not to bitter about being single, its just that this is such a pointless holiday!

We started today, there are roses everywhere and we had a candle light italian dinner. Tomorrow we are going out of town to a valentines/birthday party.

it shud b calld day of the hustle.it is such a con.think how much money card makers and cuddly teddy makers and chocolate factorys make out of it and so many people fall for it.its pathetic.and before ne1 says its cz i havnt gt ne1 2 share it wiv i hv actualy bin wiv sum1 for 4yrs

You can be 'super-dooper' romantic any day, don't need to have society and commerce to designate one...
Besides, everything becomes a cliche, so cheesy...
