If he is having sex in his dreams forget it. If he is doing it like sleep walking then you need to cure his sleep walking then your partner will stop having sex in his sleep.

I don't think so... lots of ppl are doing sex in a dream... the problem is the question rather he still love you or not... do yourself a favor... ASK HIM! good luck!
