Last night i dreamt that i was pregnant and gave birth at my home to a premature baby boy. He was healthy and happy though and there was no need to go to the hospital. He was the smallest baby i have ever set eyes on. When i tried to nurse him the first time he wouldn't take it, which caused me to lactate excessively. The second time i tried he would take it. I am not pregnant and have no children. I was also married in this dream as well however i currently only have a boyfriend.

I doubt that anyone reading this site has enough psych to even begin telling what a dream might mean. I know that I don't.

Would that mean that if I had a similar dream we would be related, or would we have the same boy friend?

Dreams are simply random electrical impulses that generate in your brain stem. The "movie" that you see when you dream is your brain's attempt to make sense of this activity, often attaching fragments of memories, fantasies, or anxiety and fears to the neural impulses.
