No because by 2020, it is unlikely there will be something called the Tampa Bay Devil Rays

As long as they are in Tropicana they wont...I went there last year and I'm sorry to everybody in Tampa Bay but its a terrible place to play baseball. But its beautiful city so if they ever got a new field then yes they will have it there.

It depends on how many teams build new stadiums between now and then. My guess would be no because:
1. Baseball doesn't like playing the mid-Summer's classic in a dome.
2. Tampa not really a traditiona baseball city.

of course, the all star game is about having fun and being in awesome weather. I'd say any team in florida/california has a good chance to get the all star game

I think they could. It is in Florida which is a nice location for an All-Star Game. They might have it in Tropicana Field during that time period.

Not until they move the franchise to Orlando. There is not enough support for the team in St. Pete. There is serious talk about moving to the Orlando area for that exact reason. Larger crowds equals more revenue which will support activities like the all star game.

Yeah cause I'm gonna guess they are gonna build a nice new stadium, and not crappy old Tropicana.
