It burns only if i put my tongue through it as if i were to try to blow a bubble with it but other than that it isn't that bad for me. It doesn't "wast my tast budes" lol. But it also burns the skin too. I had a teacher and if she caught you chewing gum in her class she made you take it out and stick it on your nose and one time she caught me and i was chewing big red, cinnamon gum, and i had just put it in my mouth right before going to her class so it was still very fresh. well i had to put it on my nose and it burned and it left a red spot. lol.

Maybe it's just too strong for you? I'd try a different mouthwash, cinnamon can sometimes burn the tongue if its exposed to cinnamon!

some people are hypersensative to cinnamon oil. Maybe you are one of these people so you should stop chewing cinnamon gum.
