Quit now, who wants to have an employee who wants to be sick to avoid being there?

Is this a joke? If you would go so far as to make yourself sick, why don't you just lie, since one thing is no better than the other. Or better yet, if it makes you feel better to actually feel sick try thinking about how you would feel if you couldn't afford your rent or food, and you were hungry all the time, oh but then you would probably just go get you some welfare and food stamps. Good luck on your future unemployment.

OK, go to work and start looking for another job. If you're faking sickness to get out of going to work you need another job. Don't quit the job you have till you get another one. Its easier to get a job if you already have one. Plus you can ask the new place not to contact your current employer. I'm just guessing but they might be sick of you as well. If you're still working there prospective employers will not contact them.
