No, not yet, they have not released the body and you can bet there will be a fight for the body too. She needs to be buried by her son Daniel and nowhere else. Her mom needs to take a hike...she knows how Anna felt about her...how dare she try to get the baby or Anna's body...This will be long playing in the media. It is horrible that somebody broke in and stole all the personal stuff she had in the house...(unless it was Stern himself) the main flag being they took the baby clothes...hummm and of course all the legal papers and videos...hummm come to think of it ...it does stink like a rat..so it must be one...Him!!!

Not until after the Feb 20th. A Los Angeles judge issued a court order to preserve the body totally intact until then for DNA purposes.

Her body is going to be kept at a morgue until February 20th once all of the DNA tests are done. As for being buried, I have no idea.

Her body is being held until Feb. 19 or 20 by a court order so it will be sometime after that date for sure. I have yet to hear if an actual date has even been set yet.

A judge ordered that her body be preserved until Februrary 20th because of the ongoing investigation about who the father of her baby is.
