How can you lie and not show it?

for example when you lie or in a sticky situation your body does things that will show your true feelings/intentions. how can you not show it or lessen it?

Very simple. Just believe in your lie. Train yourself to believe all of your lies are the truth, then you should be a good liar. Speaking from experience. It works.

Keep eye contact with the person you are lying to, when you begin to answer the question or tell the lie do not let your eyes stray to the left. Do not allow your mouth to become dry, in a way that you find it hard to swallow. Do not create a habit (finger tap, twitch, fidget) follow through with what you are saying, never change up any part of it, so if you have time think it through, and never change it. Body language says alot, be confident in what you are saying, it should flow right out.

Sit in front of a mirror, and practice. Just like an actor and a salesman, you must be as a actor in his role, your big paycheck comes from that ability. Watch Mel Gibson on closeups in movies and his eyes, that is a good example. If you use the mirror to see in your own eyes means you do not look away, that is the secret.
