in the first few pages of the mag will be a subscriptions address

write them and send along the cut out address label they use so they can identify your subscription you are canceling

Nowadays most magazines have websites. Usually within the first two pages or on their mailing list. Look them up and canel your subsrciption.
Easy as that..
