i did this yesterday on mine and my partners...... i went to start-search-fonts(show hidden files and folders) and when the list came up it was a folder(not file)called fonts. i opened it to check it was the one full of the fonts already installed and copy and pasted the new fonts into it. this is a good site for fonts if you want them for nothing

when you go now to Microsoft words you go to the B and you will see number click on it and you will change the font.

download it, open up control panel, place in Font folder (in control panel. Enjoy.
