What is really gong on? Is Iran helping the ant-U.S. insurgency in Iraq? How can we know the truth? U.S. intelligence has been wrong before. And if Iran is helping to kill U.S. soldiers in Iraq, what should the U.S. do in response?

History tells us that if the Bush administration says they are, then they probably are not.

The case against Iran may be a bit over blown by the Bush administration. But there probably is some support by Iran to some of the Iraqi insurgents.

Oh please. Iraqis travel back and forth across the border (Iraq and Iran) and they purchase weapons that come from many different sources, including the U.S. Whenever the U.S. comes out with some"exclusive" revelation in the US.'s favor, you can be sure that they are lying. Iraq has an underground. Iraqis buy from the underground. They don't care where the weapons come from! I think it is despicable the way the U.S. government attempts to manipulate its intelligence findings. And I don't believe anything they say anymore.
They have cried 'wolf' once too often
and here is an additional thought. U.S. troops are ordered to kill. Sometimes, in fact, more often than is admitted, they killed the wrong people. They killed entire families, men, women, children, babies. These are NOT "collateral" deaths. These are deaths bought about by an evil regime headed by George W. Bush. These people grieve just as we do. They seek revenge. They don't really care where they get their weapons from. Iran isn't helping to "kill Americans". The United States is.

Just because George Bush calls someone a terrorist does not make them so, and just because he calls them an enemy does not make them one. The Iraqis are NOT targeting the US when they drive a bomb-loaded bus into a crowded market place, they are targeting other Iraqis. I would say the "insurgency" is not so much anti-American as it is an opportunity that opposing sides in the society saw to wipe out THEIR enemies, which was other Iraqis. We just naturally assume it is us who are being targeted by our so-called "enemies" because it gives justification for us the stand around and be shot at and blown up. The Iraqis can kill each other just as well if the US troops were not there, and maybe even better. If the goal of them is to kill each other, we should help them, and start systematically gunning down any living person seen anywhere in the country. Kill off enough of them and the "enemy" problem will go away once they are all dead.

Any number of captured Iranians in Irak. Weapons made in Iran. model Nos. clearly identified. Appearantly some people won't believe it even if that nut case Ahmadinejad admits it on worldwide TV.
