I know lots of men, in their 50’s that had vasectomies. None of them have dementia any more than those without. Dementia is more hereditary than anything else
Keep in mind that groups are always trying everything to scare men away from vasectomies. If you research this, you will likely find that some such group is behind the study.
As for me, yes I have mild dementia. My mother had it, and her mother did. It just runs in the family. It has nothing to do with my vasectomy.
All of this has nothing to do with George Bush.
