Depends on how you paid for the "service". If you used a credit card, your protected - just file a claim with your credit card bank. If you used cash/check/debit card/money order - you're probably out of luck. You'll probably want to file with BBB (better business bureau) in your state.

Report it and move on. If the money comes back it is yours. If it doesn't then consider it a payment on an education from the mean streets.

It depends on how you were scammed and how you paid for your service. Please give us a little more detail. I looked at their site and I did not see any services for sale.
