Why are you so obsessed with black people? To hate us so much, you sure do waste all of your points asking stupid, asinine questions about blacks. I wonder why this is. Is it because your man ran off with a black woman? Is because you secretly desire black men and they don't give you the time of day? I wonder. Things that make you go hmmm.

I believe is Supply and Demand. The more Computer and Internet service. Yahoo will invest and create Answers in that country. I wish some days Country like Rwanda have Yahoo Answers. We all could talk freely to each other.

Well there is only Yahoo! for the major countries. Rwanda isn't the nicest place. I mean most of the people are trying to avoid genocide, not trying to go on Yahoo!

Probably because many of them have no homes, money, or need for a computer. I'm sure they're thinking about where and when they are going to get their next meal instead of answering someones ignorant questions. This is all due to the many civil wars that they have had in the past.
