No that's not true, maybe you've been thinking about pregnancy. But I've started reading some of Carl Jung's books. And usually the dreams are about something less literal than that, so a baby to your subconscious might represent abundance because in the dream you were adding on to your family, or it might represent you or he being jealous because there was going to be a new person coming into the picture to take the focus off the both of you. Or if in real life you think hvaing a baby means being happy it might reflect your happiness with your relationship, or if having a baby makes you feel afraid, maybe your subconscious is saying that you have apprehensions about getting serious with your boyfriend.
I think you have to really look inside to see what a baby could represent to you and your relationship so that you can see if you need to make some changes.

according to what i found out regarding your dream you are just at a point that something new is developing and growing .
i would take that to most likely mean the relationship with your boyfriend is growing.
any person can figure out that if you had a dream about being preganant with your boyfriends baby and you thought that was ok or at least not scarry then you are just gettting more serious.
i think to be on the safe side you should use some extra strength birth control now too.

Have you ever heard the saying," a dreams a wish your heart makes when your fast asleep."
Maybe this is the real answer,maybe you now feel you would like to have a child now.
And obviously your relationship with your boyfriend is at a stage you are comfortable with the idea of having a child together.
But don't rush into it a child is a huge thing in someones life ,and i think you should discuss this with your boyfriend.
Some men run a mile at the thought of parenthood and leave the woman to struggle on there own.
Discuss how you feel with him ,he maybe more than happy to be a dad but you cannot keep your thoughts hidden from him.
Your dreams are telling you that you have the desire at this point in your life to be a mother.

The sub conscience mind is much greater than the conscience mind. Your dream may be a thought of being pregnant or the underlying desire to have children. Each person is different and your environment your childhood and in general all the things you feed your mind each day contribute to way you analyze the information the way you dream. You might want to have a psychologist analyze your dream or simple take a pregnancy test it would be cheaper .

Dreams are simply your brain oragnizing its thoughts. So all it means is that your were thinking of a baby or pregancey and that at one point during you were thinking about your boyfriend and your brain put the two together as a dream.
