Many of you are probably familiar with the NAACP. Would you consider an NAAWP racist? One already exists, but is a white supremacist organizaton. But, if there was a legitimate organization for "advancing" whites, would you be against it?

If Whites were shipped to this country to be enslaved for centuries then you might have a shot of making the argument that such an organization was necessary.
However, since the creation of this country Whites and more specifically White Males have not needed "advancing" because they are the dominant force.
When you aren't allowed schooling, reproductive rights, voting rights, the right to property or pretty much any other right for a couple hundred years, I'll help you create the NAAWP. Until then, be grateful for what you've got.

No, I am white so I would not be against it.I just don't think there is a purpose for it.Just the same way I see no need for the NAACP.Racism goes both ways.There are as many racist blacks as whites.The problem is they see each other as different because of skin,but what they fail to see is the similarities.When I meet someone very often do not remember if they are black or white I just remember personalities.The way people talk is more important than race.Because if you sound ignorant , sometimes people don't want to know you.

simply by fact the whole u . s . (US) is the NAAWP. White people have each and each of the means, the purpose of those communities is to furnish voice to minorities and the disenfranchised. whilst i think of at situations they carry too plenty means and impression, while used wisely the carry out a public service. truly, there are white subgroups that would desire to prefer a voice, including farmers, handicapped, etc and that they have got their very own prefer based agencies.

Some would be, because they think whites are still at the top of the heap, or at least, deserve not to be, out of revenge. What they don't get is that discrimination for any reason is wrong, including revenge, and that makes the Affirmative Action shills just as wrong and racist as the unfair practices of the past that they harp on to justify it. And JennyB, the problem with your argument is twofold; one, Blacks have a powerful presence in many industries these days; entertainment, sports, even politics. Many of them have overcome the discrimination in fact; now, if they would just let those who are less fortunate in their ranks do so, they would achieve for their race the equality they claim to want. They need to quit shoving the politics of defeatism in their faces, and let them know they can succeed if they try, and don't let a fear of success stop them. the phrase "uncle tom", that some blacks use for those of their brethren who have succeeded shows the paradox they have. They ask why whites are keeping them down, and yet they are keeping themselves down just as much, by their negative view of success.

I'm fine with it. If blacks can have theirr own organization why can't whites have one? Better yet, let's not have one at all. How about NAAHP, the H stands for humans.
