Is there an object in the book that plays some significance? For example, "The Scarlet Letter" works as a title because the letter is a main focal point of the story. If you have an object like this, that would make a good starting point for a title.
Or, perhaps something expressing Lyndsay's feelings or actions would work. "Misery," for example, since you said that she becomes miserable.

Best friend commits suicide and the girl is miserable. Sorry, but is there more of a plot than just that? I really don't know how far you'll make it with that one- it sounds like it's going to be really really short, and more than a little whiny. But hey, it's your book, do what you like with it.
Figure out where you're going with the book, and then you can pick out a particular part of the book that makes a big impact or that you really like and make a title out of it, probably not more than three or four words. I suggest you employ a thesaurus- they're wonderful tools... or you can make it simple, like some inane detail about their lives- maybe something special that the two girls enjoyed doing together? Just a thought.
