this is not a commom side effect from being preggers I think that you should call your OB and see what they have to say about that. Hope it helps

As a healthcare provider.....no. But you have not given me much info to help you otherwise? How far along? When did it start? What does it feel like? If you are very early, I am concerned about an ectopic pregnancy which could be a serious thing.

ovaries hurt during ovulation so they should not hurt during pregnancy since yu dont ovulate then
