Maybe they havn't got a website so they put their email instead . Most companys who advertise on the side of vans don't put a web address but a phone number or email adress of where they can actually be contacted directly :)
I'd email them at that address and hope you get what you wanted :()

It's an email address. Put in www.btconnect.com and that should be the website.

Perhaps city wide services don.t have a website.
