Look up and/or stick the ctton part of a tampon in your nostril.

DO NOT tilt your head back. what you want to do is tilt your head foreward and pinch the side of which it's bleeding. do this for fifteen seconds and breath through your mouth. do not breath through your nose. it should stop after this. if not try it again.
