try to run as much as u can, and run up and down ur stairs a lot bringing ur knees up high so itll work better, ul be quicker, more stamina and itll help ur abs as well. if u want, try ankle weights. they helped me a lot in 2 months. another thing, practice dribbloing with either hand and all the tricks

i also play center in basketball, you have to run a lot, maybe lift some weights. Practice posting up as well, the better you are at posting up the more points you will get ;)

I'm a center also this is what I am doing
-Running alot.
-Lots of calf raises and leg presses.
-Benching 4 days a week.
-Chair dribbles, sit on the edge of a chair and dribble back and forth without looking down.
-And just your all around foot work in the paint.

get a coach. find websites that give you drills. you are a center, you dont need to run, quickness dosent matter as much. you will need to lift wights, learn to post up, and moves to score when your back is to the basket. practice shooting too.

RUN! Running is the most important thing in absolutely any sport, especially basketball. Do suicide sprints, bronc busters, down and backs.... as much as you can. Work on ball handling, passing, shooting... all your fundamentals. Fundamentals are essential.
