Open up IE and go to the site you want to make your homepage. Go to Tools on the menu and click Internet Options. On the General Tab at the top it says Home Page. Press the use current button and it will make the loaded page the home page.

Right click on your internet icon, and select "properties". Under the "General" tab, there should be a place where you can type in the home address you want. Hope this helps! ;)
