What does Flossy Mean?

You know Fergie, The one that sings Glamorous..And you know when she says "Oh the glamorous, Oh the flossy flossy" Or something like that. Do you know what she means by the word, "Flossy?"

I was wondering the exact same thing. Judging by the way the other people responded, I guess it means Elegant, Classy, or Glamorous. (I think).
