Put the original studs back in. With a Q-tip apply hydrogen peroxide nightly and turn them one full turn. Clean off any scabbing and do not touch them otherwise. Do this for at least a month. When you can turn them back and forth without any discomfort take them out and clean your ears and the earrings. If when you put an earring in and it hurts, they haven't totally healed, so repeat the process. Also you NEED to soak your earrings in rubbing alcohol for 10 min. after each use to disinfect them. I keep a little cup in my medicine cabinet to soak my earrings.

if they are bleeding they still might be healing so use alcohol before changing them
