I believe that you mean the Tropic of Capricorn. There is nothing east of Africa that is close to Africa along the Tropic of Cancer.

According to my maps it is Taipei, Taiwan that is the first Island that shows up east of Africa along the Tropic of Cancer.
It it were the Tropic of Capricorn that would have to be Antananarivo, Madagascar.
