'Poo' because you can vary the volume and elongate the 'oo' sound in relation to how annoyed you are. Good hard consonant at the start for impact and you can even scrunch up your mouth and spit it out abruptly. Useful too because you can say it in front of all ages of listeners. Good basic faecal connotations as a personal insult too. Not sure if it counts as sweary but its certainly multi-functional.
