After I turned in a quiz, I saw three kids cheating. Right before they turned their quizzes in, they took someone else's quiz out of the turn-in basket, and look at the answers. Then, they changed their answers and turned in their papers. The bell then rang soon after. I told the substitute what had happened but he told me to talk to the original teacher so during the lunch break I told the teacher what had happened.

Yes, you did because cheaters like that will eventually fail at life might as well add to the pain. Just Kidding on the last part. Besdies, it teaches them a lesson cause one day in the future they won't be able to cheat their way out of a problem.

Sure you did the right thing. Cheaters shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
But be prepared to take the heat when these kids find out that you told on them. These idiots will claim that YOU "got them into trouble," as if their cheating had nothing to do with it.

NO. If they were your friends, you should not rat them out. They were not taking away your grade, they were helping theirs even though it isn't right, i feel it is better to just let it go.
