i think your a good singer.. but too rly tell i think u should try out for american idol. but ive been singing for a while.. not that long.. but like 7 years.. im only 15 but ANYWAY u dont rly have anything origonal about ur voice. like u sound alot liek the people who origonally sang it. this isnt a insault im just suggesting.

Assuming that you can sing, there's nothing to stop you from pursuing your dream. Country music loves young female vocalists. Tanya Tucker and Leanne Rimes were both 13 when they had their first hits. Of course you have to realize that becoming a recording artist is ambitious and not a realistic option for most folks. There are a lot of other options, however. Why don't you try for something local from http://learnsinginglessons.com/ or Try to network with other musicians that play country. They're definitely around. I've been playing in country bands for over 15 years, and can tell you that bands are always looking for new talent. Go to some of the venues that have country music and meet the musicians. I realize that you're too young to go into the clubs, but there are other venues like state fairs. If you can accompany yourself on guitar, try doing some open mic nights at coffee houses. Maybe you can start your own band. The important thing is to start singing and get the word out. If you have talent, you'll find people to play with. If stardom happens, well fine...but don't give up your studies at school. For every one famous recording artist, there are thousands of us part-time musicians keeping a day job and picking country on weekends.
