It's just what it sounds like, Dearest. It is the toe of a camel (either Dramedary or Bactrian) or a lady's private parts when she is wearing far too tight of pants. It does *not* enter her vagina but it does push the lips of her labia apart thus looking like the toe of a split hoof mammal such as a camel or a cow. I suppose a cow-toe wouldn't be as funny.
As much as I push for body acceptance there are just some women (me included) who shouldn't wear spandex....(hee hee hee...bahahahahaha...sorry..sniff sniff....hee hee...)

Camel toe is the effect of a woman wearing very tight fitting clothing against her crotch, such that it enters her vagina. If you look at a camel's hoof you may get the relationship.
