It's possible to hire attorneys under a variety of different payment methods for various things. There are some limits on contigency fee arrangements -- for example, in many if not all jurisdictions, lawyers cannot take criminal cases on contigency. Similar rules apply to some family law cases.

However, with the exception of the legal restrictions on contigency fee cases, some of the factors that will be considered are the likelihood of success, the overall recovery, and the cost to pursue the case. Those factors are taken into consideration and a business decision is made by the law firm.

theoretically, yes. but you are asking a lawyer to take a gamble that you will win. most people who file libel cases don't win. it's a very high burden that you have to meet in order to win a libel suit, and there are a lot of defenses that allow most cases to be dismissed. the party filing the suit always thinks the other person said or did something completely outrageous, but to disinterested parties it usually comes across as much ado about nothing.

No yet threatening to sue for libel is more beneficial rewarding even as newspapers cave and pay up. It provides the disgusting mothers and fathers of Maddie pretend self assurance that the wide-spread public trust they're innocuous. maximum persons recognize more beneficial efficient and that i wish in time they get what they deserve - an excellent lengthy reformatory sentence. McScam followers ***** about nasty human beings falsely accusing and insulting those pathetic excuses for persons, yet then pass to city with their personality assasination of everybody who dares to criticise their heroes. The blind devotion of a few is on the point of non secular fervour. Why I dont recognize.
