After Survivor Series 1990 how was called the Undertaker and when they stopped to call him that way?

I think the answer to your question is as follows:
Early on the Undertaker was known as Kane, the Undertaker. I'm not sure when they dropped Kane from his title and just called him undertaker.

After Survivor Series, he was called "Kane the Undertaker" at several shows until "Kane" was dropped from his name, and he reverted back to simply "The Undertaker".

He has always been the Undertaker, he just changed his image a while back to "American Bad A$s" as he wore leather and entered the ring on a motorcycle. He is back to being the Dead Man version of Undertaker.

Ok Undertaker was never ever called Kane. Kane is his half brother as the script says. If you all follow wrestling you'd understand. Undertaker changed his image, but not his name, as did Kane.

he debuted as the Undertaker, than called him Kane the Undertaker for a few weeks but shortened it to just Undertaker, and Kane was used for his kayfabe half brother.
