um say hi and say i have seen u around and i just want to hang out then wait till an answer or something.then ask her for her number and then if she says she has someone don't quit.just say that u want to b friends.

Give her signs u like her invite her to eat or invite her somewhere when she knows u sorta like her and shes not trying to stay away from u or ignoring then u ask her out

u should approach her and say" i think about u all the time and i wonder if that is really u or an angel from heaven. i think that it is best for me and u to kick it, u know hang out some time." trust me brother it works.
