I'm got a terrible cold and I'm sick of it, literally. What can I go and take to help fight this cold?

I just learned that there are several lawsuits against Zicam for their gel swabs supposedly causing loss of smell senses. I also read that Airborne and Walborne have an excessive amount of Vitamin A which the liver can't digest and thus can be harmful. Any opinions on that?

First Lots of fluids preferably water and hot tea. There are some teas, for example Shangri-la Teas Cold Comfort tisane that work wonders on colds and chest congestion. Buffered Vitamin C is a wonderful tool to help fight colds. Boost your immune system by not eating any sugar while you have a cold. Germs LOVE sugar.
