Dictatorship is a system wherein only one person controls the country. He is the Head of State, the Supreme Arbiter of cases and the Lawmaker.

Where someone pretty much rules over every decision and can do whatever he wants. Usually dicators exist in some countries. Saddam was a dictator.

It is when one person who is not given the title of king or emperor has absolute power to make any and all decisions, laws and declarations. Generally anyone who disagrees or challenges such a person is taken away in the middle of the night and never seen again.
