I am a dancer and we need to get pretty tan in about a week. I need some good, clean ways to do it. Nothing that will rub off or smells funny.

go to a tanning bed!
and if you have money, then get a really good, high quility bed, and some good tanning lotion.
work your way up to the max time to illiminate burning, because then your not going to be able to tan for a few days, which means you wont be tan in a week
-DO NOT use a spray tan; it WILL rub off if you sweat.
or if you live somewhere sunny, lay out for a few hours every day.

I think you should just go to a Tanning Salon and get A Spray on Tan, Wait till about 3 days before you go to!

Slather on some spf15 (or higher) sunscreen and sunbathe on the beach, its the healthiest way, as those tanning beds can cause cancer, and you can usually tell a tan in a bottle (trust me) Umm, the sunscreen is a must though, cause without it you can get skin cancer, or sunburnt, especially if you have pale skin. If you want a good lotion though try estee lauder, i haven't tried but I've heard it works really well and looks natural.

jergens tinted lotion. works great. its a moisturizer & wont make ur skin orange or blotchy.
or if you use instant tanners just be careful to apply evenly.
& if you arent worried bout skin cancer go to a tanning salon.

i'm a black person so i really don't know much about tans but what about Soft Glow? it's some type of bronze stuff that you spray on your bod.
