I have no idea what is in toronto, however if you have a lingerie shop, they might have some. If you don't find anywhere that sales them, look on ebay, there are all kinds on ebay.

Try Queen St. You can find the best styles there. I bought myself a pair of stilleto boots with the leg warmers sewn on - store is at the corner of Queen and Spadina.

there's always Malabar (dance and costume store) just off Queen Street West... in fact, I would just go down Queen Street West and look in some of the fashionable stores between Stephanie and Spadina Streets... can take westbound streetcar (with transfer from Eaton's Centre)
or maybe Kensington Market

go to the dance shop for the national ballet of canada downtown. I can't imagine that at a ballet store they wouldn't sell leg warmers. if not, you'll probably definately find them at American Apparel
