I mean a site where you can post stories/poems/etc, read other peoples' work, possibly review, that kind of thing...

Fictionpress.com is a very good site for writing or reading original stories.
Fanfiction.net is a great site for reading or writing about other movies, books, anime, ect. Like adding your take of a movie and what you think would happen next. Both are great sites and you get great feedback from other writers. Good luck!
