No, and that is because child welfare is not just about money but about families and the social structure/values of a country.

Look at the decline of the social structure, how crime is out of control and then see the decline in lots of peoples behaviour - our country is just slowly falling to pieces and I dread to think what the future holds if it continues.

Of course children are suffering - have you see how a lot of parents are these days? I am thinking of the stereotyple 'chav' I didnt' want to use that term - but you know the type of people I mean - they are not parents to their children - they show them no respect or fair discipline and the children mirror that to them and to society.

So hey presto - what do you know it - our children are suffering.

certain there's a cap besides the undeniable fact that it is severe i trust. i imagine you get an enhance in welfare as a lot as 9 children(it may decision from state to state) yet you get an enhance in food stamps for each newborn you've. I actually have heard of persons getting about $900.00 a month in food stamps for 7 children so basically imagine what this nut receives. i can not trust any medical professional would do what this one did. I heard that through the time those children bypass domicile from the health center their care would have cost the tax payers a million money in neonatal care. shame on the medical doctors and the mummy.

The Labor Government must give welfare to the children because they are the future of the country.
